Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026
Neuroedge Insights respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
1. Who we are
This website is run by Neuroedge Insights, a psychology and neuroscience consultancy based in Singapore (UEN 202620298W). In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Neuroedge Insights. Our contact for privacy matters, including our Data Protection Officer, is hello@neuroedgeinsights.com.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers visits to this website and enquiries sent through it. Data collected in our programmes, assessments and client projects is handled under the agreement and consent terms for that work, and is not covered here.
3. What we collect
Information you give us. When you use the contact form, we collect your first name, last name, email address, organisation, area of interest and the message you write. Please do not include sensitive personal details, such as health information, in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages requested. We do not use advertising cookies or analytics tools on this website at the date above. If that changes, we will update this policy.
4. How we use it
- To read and reply to your enquiry and discuss how we can work together.
- To follow up on that conversation, and to prepare proposals you ask for.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To meet legal and regulatory requirements.
We will not send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
5. Consent
By submitting the contact form, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing the information you provide for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us (see section 9). Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer respond to your enquiry.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and handle enquiries, and only as needed. These include:
- our contact-form processing and email providers, who receive what you submit in the form;
- our website hosting provider (GitHub Pages), which serves the pages;
- Google Fonts, which supplies the typeface and so receives your IP address when the page loads; and
- the photo libraries Pexels, Unsplash and Pixabay, from which some images load and which may likewise receive your IP address.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.
7. Transfers outside Singapore
Some of these providers process data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
8. How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, or as the law requires. If you ask us to delete it, we will do so unless we must keep it by law. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, but no online system is completely secure.
9. Your rights and how to contact us
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use. Email hello@neuroedgeinsights.com and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible, and in any event within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (pdpc.gov.sg).
10. Children
This website is intended for organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 through it.
11. External links
This website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
